Are you or is someone you know getting married?
Boudoir Sessions make an excellent gift for a wedding- and we do a lot of these sessions each year. Brides often give their fiance images the night before or the day of the wedding instead of a watch or other traditional items.
Wedding Season in Ohio is typically May - October, but don't wait until right before your wedding to reach out to us. Our Albums and other products can take a minimum of 6-8 weeks in total production time from your shoot date until they are finished and ready for you!
How can I personalize my shoot for my wedding?
If you are getting married and would like to bring your veil or garter, we could totally grab a few photos of that for you. Bring the heels you are going to wear for your big day. Wear a classic white robe. Using the jewelry you plan to wear the day of your wedding is also another simple touch.
Did you know that there are several traditional anniversary gifts you can give that relate back to boudoir? The traditional 1st-anniversary gift is paper, 2nd anniversary is cotton, 3rd anniversary is leather, and so on. There are so many ways to tie a boudoir session into a special gift for your partner to commemorate your love on your special day.
We LOVE white lingerie, and we have several pieces in the client wardrobe. Although a lot of women strongly disagree on wanting to wear white for a Boudoir Session in fear of looking pale or washed out, we actually think white looks great and can really accentuate your skin tone! We might try and talk you into wearing a white bodysuit or two-piece during your session. Just trust us, okay!?
When should I book?
Are you getting married or have an anniversary in the next 1-2 years? Reach out now! We usually book 6-12 months in advance (sometimes more), and bridal/anniversary shoots need to be planned on a particular schedule so you can get your images back in time for your special day.
Are you seeing this too late and are worried we may already be booked? There's no harm in reaching out, occasionally we can squeeze in an extra session once in a while.
