What is a Model Release?
We understand the vulnerability that comes with boudoir. We hope that as you’ve read our blog posts, you can see how much we value you and your boundaries. You may be familiar with the beautiful images that Emma shares on her social media. She does that with explicit permission from clients. Let’s talk about what that permission looks like. When you have your image reveal after your shoot, Emma will discuss different model releases. She will not pressure you to share more than you’re comfortable with. This is a decision only you can make, and it will be respected fully. There are four different releases. Let’s look at them!
Full Release;
You are giving Emma full permission to share all and any of your images wherever. They can be used on the website, social media, and marketing.
Select Release;
You can choose what outfits or images you want to share. This means you can keep some of your images private and share others. You are entirely in control of how much of your gallery is shared and in what capacity.
Anonymous Release;
This release allows you to share images that show ¼ or less of your profile or images that share no identifying details.
No Release;
Your images will not be shared at all. They are 100% private and yours.
At your image reveal, you can discuss what model release best fits your wishes for your images. We will not beg or force you into any decision. You have complete autonomy, and we want to celebrate you no matter what you decide to do with your images.
If you have any questions about the releases and what that means for your privacy, please ask us HERE. We hope to see you in the studio soon!
With Much Love,
